While other companies tell you they come back and fix problems. The fact is many make an appearance, but do little to fix any issues that arise. We have an automated 6 month maintenance program where our maintenance manager requests a client itemised list to follow up any minor items addressing them to ensure our companies quality controls are maintained.

Build time guarantee of 26 weeks relates to single storey homes only. Double storey homes may have a guarantee time calculated on an individual basis and is dependent on site conditions and construction complexity. Double storey homes may still carry a guarantee for peace of mind however, please see the builder for details.
The build time guarantee begins from slab down and finishes as practical completion.
In the event that the build time guarantee is exceeded, the builder agrees to pay up to $600 per week until the arrival of the practical completion stage.
The builder reserves the right to announce the practical completion stage, and the client acknowledges that this stage by industry definition is considered when all works are completed, except for any defects or omissions which do not prevent the home from being used for its intended purpose. Refusal to accept practical completion will not result in payment continuing after the practical completion stage is announced by the builder.
The guarantee is not subject to inclement weather, material and/or public holiday delays and will remain in effect under such conditions.
The guarantee does exclude acts of GOD causing damage or unforeseen delay to the construction of the proposed dwelling.
Attempts by the client to unnecessarily prolong or intentionally extend the payment guarantee period may result in the cessation of such a provision.
The builder reserves the right to terminate the on time guarantee.
